First pitch for cancer awareness

This is my first pitch for the 2012 Red Sox “cancer awareness” night. It was an honor to represent survivorship and try to give hope and inspiration to others dealing with very difficult circumstances. It was also a fun, surreal experience to be on the mound in that place in front of 35,000 people! Thanks to the Red Sox for this wonderful opportunity.
