    Jothy,

I recently came across your blog via Livestrong. I am also a 22 year survivor of OGS and am now 35 years old My first surgery to save my leg was an allograft but eventually I had above-the-knee amputation and have a C-Leg now. I also had two surgeries to remove cancerous tumors from my lung. I am not the athletic type but always am inspired by stories I read of other athletes who are also amputees. I have the honor of counseling patients at Mayo Clinic who are undergoing cancer treatment-amputations/accidents-amputations and I will definitely pass along your web site. All the best to you! Mindy

Mindy, I would love to get involved with the Mayo Clinic. I have given several Grand Rounds talks that it would be fantastic to give at Mayo. I gave my Grand Rounds talks at Mass General and at Duke and plan to do the same at Dartmouth and Wash U. Please email me if you think you have the contacts there to make this possible: jothyr@gmail.com.
